Hi & welcome to my corner of the internet!
The basics:
I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in herbal medicine at the end of 2024.
I am a member of the NHAA, which means I adhere to professional standards in my practice and have met the required education standards to ensure high-quality care for my clients.
I am an almost full-time mother (I say almost because I work on this biz in my spare pockets of time, e.g. naps!). I love being a mother so much and have been joyfully initiated into the intensity (physically and emotionally) of parenting and standing up for the value we wish for our children and family.
I have a passion for making natural medicine and health easy, simple and accessible. I believe that there is so much magic in the way we prepare our foods and medicines in our homes, and we can gain so much health and confidence in learning how to take care of ourselves and our families with simple home remedies and skills.
I see health as an ever-evolving journey.
‘Health’ isn’t a destination that is stagnant once we get there.
It is a dynamic state of being, where we are constantly tending to the needs of ourselves; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
There is so much we can do to support our health that is within our control.
Yet there are also bigger influences at play, including resources (food, clean water etc.) we have access to in our communities, the cost of living, the health of the environment around us and our access to mainstream and private (that’s me!) healthcare.
I hope to empower you to do what is within your control, from a sustainable and self-respecting place.
No restrictive diets, dogmatic health protocols or biohacking here.
My areas of passion in practice:
Co-creating achievable and sustainable changes and goals for your health
Incorporating iridology into my in-person consults which gives me a feel for your vitality, influencing inherited conditions and so much more!
Incorporating medical astrology, Western energetics and constitution to help educate you on the patterns of your body and help determine which herbal, dietary and lifestyle interventions would be best for your unique self. .
Using specific medicine (e.g. custom liquid herbal blend) PLUS kitchen medicine and home herbalism (this could include herbal teas, culinary herbs, food as medicine & wholefoods diet)
