My goal as a practitioner is to collaborate with you to create a sustainable and rewarding lifestyle that promotes health, but also give you the resources to give more energy to the areas in life that bring you value.

How to get the most out of working with me.

  • I like to encourage self-responsibility and self management in my clients, so my role is to teach you and fill in your gaps of knowledge about how to care for you body, and give you the tools to carry with you into the rest of your life.

  • I am always available as 1:1 support if you need information, perspective, support or accountability on your health journey. I will make a recommendation of when to see me again if I feel you need to, but at the end of the day it is always still your choice.

  • Healing often occurs in layers. You may find that to begin with you are supporting the physical body and can manage on your own for a while, but then come up against some challenges or changes in the body. This may be a sign to work on deeper levels of healing, and can be a great time to check back in and see what I can offer or if I know of other practitioners who can help.

How To Order Supplements Via Vital.ly

  1. Check your emails (and spam folder) for an invitation to sign up for a vital.ly account. I will have added products to your account.

  2. From there, add the products you want to your cart and checkout as usual.

  3. If you want any other products, you’ll find a ‘request’ button if they are practitioner only. Click that and the message will come through to me.

How To Re-Order Herbal Liquids Through Me.

  1. You can either text me on 0490 049 458 for a refill, and I will send you an email invoice.

  2. Or you can create an account on my website to the Client Portal. In the Client Portal, there will be a client-only apothecary. In there you can purchase a herbal refill, and add any extra notes if symptoms have changed and I will see the message.

  2. As a client, you can create an account for free and see if any of the resources are valuable to you.

  3. There is also a Client Only Apothecary, where you can order herbal refills and also other herbal blends that I have created for common ailments and the opportunity to purchase our hand-made tinctures.
